Its main shaft control adopts the frequency-conversion stepless speed adjustment, with the characteristics of short driving chain, large driving torque, wide speed adjustment range, low noise and so on; its speed control has two modes: automatic setup and foot switch speed adjustment, which take the great convenience for user ' s operation, Its wire arranging operation is finished by the stepping motor and high-precision ball spline, the control precision can reach as high as 0.001mm. The counting operation adopts the light-grid rotary encoder, the output rotation speed and angle signal are traced with the data, so as to keep the main shaft rotation and wire arranging motion very precise, the error is within 0. 1%, the tension controller employs the West Germany damping device, so as to solve the domestic winding operation difficulty such as the wire easy disconnection or coil loosing and dropping for the tension unbalance and easy fluctuation.
