Function and characteristic:
The corrugation toller diameter is Φ 800 and can print and slot at the same time.It adopts he chain cardboard feeding to meet the problem of irrergular cardboard feeding.
● Phase adjustment adopt 360°electrical digital adjustment i.e. It can preset the number or adjust by hand.
● Phase can be back to zero automatically.(adjust the phase back to zero by hand if it is the manual phase adjustment)
● Electric walking with electromagnetic safety clutch for easy and safe operation.
● Pneumatic each unit locking and whole locking.
● Pneumatic diaphragm pump inking up and easy to clean.
● The whole transmission part are adopted ＃45 excellent quality forged steel and the teeth are treated with high frequency quenching.
● Main driving gear adopt helical teech and 12°screw corner.
● The clearance between the pressure roller and the cardboard receiving roller adopts zero clearance adjustment. The gear driving without clearance with high overprint precision.
● The slotting height can be adjusted simultaneously or separately. Note: The slotting part can be produced as four knife die cutting model to ensure the slotting neat and beautiful.
● Using hand oil filling pump to lubricate each unit, easy, clean and save oil.
