Volumetric Liquid Bottle Filling Machine

Most pharmaceuticals, food and beverage as well as agrochemicals are packaged in their fluid form. In order to serve these manufacturers with cutting edge filling technologies, Harsiddh engineering Co has introduced a wide range of volumetric liquid bottle filling machine with advanced capabilities.

The machine is suitably manufactured for on-line operation and can receive bottles, fill them before pushing them to sealing section. The well designed operation process starts with unscrambling of bottles, feed them through a conveyor where standard filling nozzles with pneumatic and mechanical stoppers pours a calibrated amount of liquid to round or pet bottles. The nozzles are specially designed to center the bottles on filling as well as gradually go up during filling to avoid bubble formation. Our volumetric liquid bottle filling machines have CE certification.

These machines are designed for high productivity throughput, durability, high accuracy filling and long service life. The production throughput depends on the model with HLBF-60 having two heads and filling 30 -50 BPM, HLBF-100 having four heads and filling 40 -80 BPM, HLBF-150 having six heads and filling 40 -120 BPM, HLBF-200 having eight heads and filling 60 -150 BPM and HLBF-250 having two heads and filling 80 -200 BPM. The bottles vary from 0.5 ml to 1000ml.

These machines are designed to cGMP model with advanced sensor and control systems to prevent spillage when there is no bottle. Parts in contact with bottle are manufactured from AISI 316 while non contact ones are made of SS 304 and nickel plated mild steel.
