It is water-cooled and man-machine interface control, with advantagesof highly automatic, easy operation, and good stability. The laser has oneoutput window with an output wavelength of 266 nm. When therepetition rates of AOM driver are 5 kHz and 10 kHz respectively and the outputcurrent is 5.4 A, the average output power of the laser can reach 0.24 and 0.14W respectively with the pulse width is around 10 ns.
