Operating similarly to standard CNC wire bending systems, this machine begins its process by feeding metal or other suitable materials into a de-coiler. The wire is then straightened through both vertical and horizontal plane straightening units, ensuring proper alignment before entering the feeding mechanism. The wire feeder, equipped with rollers and an 800 mm wire guide, facilitates 360° rotation for versatile bending. The bending mechanism consists of inner and outer components, enabling dual-direction bending as per customer specifications. Once the desired shape is achieved, the wire is cut. Controlled by a CNC programming unit with interface options in English and Chinese, the machine allows for flexibility based on user preferences. Servo motors enhance its performance, while additional tools such as cutting, chamfering, threading, end-forming, punching, and pick-and-place systems further optimize productivity. This machine is capable of forming 2D structures from various materials including stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, carbon steel, cold-rolled steel, copper, nickel, and titanium.
