Multi-Stage Processing WorkflowOur mechanized quinoa processing plants follow a structured, multi-step operation:
Seed Cleaning
Removes dust, stones, husks, and other foreign impurities using precision screening and aspiration systems.
Saponin Removal
Mechanical abrasion systems remove the naturally occurring bitter saponin layer from quinoa seed surfaces.
Washing and Drying
A two-stage process using centrifugal dryers for dewatering, followed by hot air dryers to ensure uniform moisture removal, shelf stability, and nutritional integrity.
