Bending Operations :

• If the thickness of the plate is half its capacity, then it can be bent on the machine by hammering
• Thicker plates are positioned outside the machine
• Set the plate between top rolls and bottom by adjustments of top roll manually
• Place the top roll downwards and provide pressure on the plates
• Clock wise turn the main motor untill one end of the plate comes over the first bottom roll
• Reverse the motor and get second end on the second bottom
• Continue the process till you get the desired results
