Sliver Tubes is a leading manufacturer and producer of 304 electropolished pipes and tubes. Stainless steel is known to combine its mechanical properties with a proven corrosion resistance. But despites of its known resistance Stainless Steel can sometimes fail in preventing corrosion. Electroplating is common process on Stainless Steel as it enhances its already good corrosion resistance. All Steel types are basically alloys of iron with a minimum of 50% iron and 10.5% chromium. The chromium content is what provides the resistance properties.
