Provision for such heavy mould carrier plates or spider with wide range of diameter for arms are provided with heavy pedestal support for sturdy comfortable operation.

Inner lining of stainless steel is provided for better heat distribution with in short time to the moulds with 100 to 150 mm insulation resulting in less time for gaining uniform oven temp. with heat resistant high temp. aluminium paint. With unique design of heating chamber fast heat transfer is possible due to high velocity re circulation blower fans made of s.s. 304 grade ampeler & dynamical balanced with low noise & low rpm blower. |
