Description	Data
Oven	Oven panels are designed & manufactured by heavy erw hollow square & rectangular section with 100 to 150 mm insulation to reduce heat loss resulting in less fuel consumption. Inner lining of stainless steel is provided for better heat distribution with in short time to the moulds with 100 to 150 mm insulation resulting in less time for gaining uniform oven temp. with heat resistant high temp. aluminium paint. With unique design of heating chamber fast heat transfer is possible due to high velocity re circulation blower fans made of s.s. 304 grade ampeler & dynamical balanced with low noise & low rpm blower.
Inspection Window	Side inspection window available to inspect custom product.
Second Charge	Second / third charge window provided on top to save the time and avoid heat loss.
Insulation	Sandwich insulation (cerawool internal & light mineral wool bond external) for heat resistant having 100 to 150 mm insulation is used for heat & energy saving & resistance up to 500 o degree.
Oven Door	Motorized movement for oven door with rack & pinion method arrangement. Pneumatic locking with heavy cylinder, proximity switch for door locking is provided.
Burner	Suitable high efficiency "oxilon" make dual fuel burner with low fuel consumption & low noise .
Turret	Turret rotates on heavy duty base ring structure. Heavy duty motorized turret with slip ring connection for arm movement. Interlocking for arm movement when arm is in front of oven door.
ST. ARM	03 straight arm having 4 cavities & 01 straight arm having 2 cavities will be provided in individual rotation for better quality and uniform thickness of the product.
Control Panel	All in one separate operator console. Variable speed danfoss a/c drive for all the arms. Separate temperature controllers for oven safety and alarm devices. Auto reversal facility of arm with timer for both directions control & to provide job positioning of arm in load/unload station. Micro processor based machine control panel with digital display ( & plc on demand only)
Motors	Branded siemens , abb, rotomotive (italy), mgm "varvel", italy or havells make a.c. & brake motors with guarantee.
