Our Linear Servo Voltage Stabilizer is a double microprocessor based auto circuit on balanced type servo voltage controller. Essentially, the main functional part of Linear Servo Voltage Stabilizer is the voltage regulator. Construction Linear Type Regulators are wound with heavy duty Cross section copper strip. The cross sectional area is almost 3 times and therefore the copper losses are much less. (I2 R; R = LA). Coils are wound with paper covered electrolytic grade copper strip or synthetic enameled copper conductors. Cooling ducts are provided to keep the hot spot temperature as low as possible. Coils are dried in electric ovens. Rigid connection support and coil clamping is provided to ensure high short circuit strength. Carbon Roller is used for correction of voltage. Carbon Rollers are suitable for 100% continuous duty cycle and 100% load. Further, we use the A class Lamination core (Cold Rolled Grain Oriented Sheet). The core is constructed from low loss of electrical conforming to the latest our self-design technology as per standard. Special frame is built in house for clamping the core to reduce the magnetic noise as well as making the whole structure rigid and robust.
