400 LITERS RIBBON BLENDER GMP MODEL

Ribbon Blender comprises of a U-Shaped Horizontal Trough with  Double Helical Ribbon Shaft rotating within. The ribbons rotate at approximately 70 – 100 meters per minute and move the material both radially and laterally to ensure thorough blends in short cycle time. Ribbon Blenders are used for blends that are between 50 to 100% of the rated working capacity without change in blend properties.

Ribbon Blender GMP Model RB 400 supplied is designed and manufactured for mixing of cocoa based product. This unit has a gross capacity of approximately 600 Liters and has working capacity of approximately 400 Liters. The blender is powered by a 3.75 KW/ 5HP, 1440 RPM, 4 Pole, Nord make Geared Motor. The contact  and Non contact parts of the blender are manufactured using Stainless Steel confirming to SA-240 Gr. 304. For raw material charging Hopper complete with protective Grill followed by easily removable and cleanable Magnetic Grid, Cover is provided. For product discharge Pneumatically Actuated Flap Type Flush Bottom Valve is provided thus ensuring near zero dead pocket.

For viewing operation and also for charging, mobile stair with support railing is supplied. For operation, VFD operated electrical panel with Digital Instruments is supplied.
