Plain Clean Room Sandwich Panel

Insulated sandwich panels are an Integral part of any cleanroom construction, in fact these panels occupy major portion in a claenroom construciton. PU ( PUF/ Polyurethane Foam), PIR ( Poly Isocyanurate), rock wool , EPS ( Expanded Polystyrene) are the CORE material  and  PPGI ( Pre Coated/ Pre Painted GI), PPAL ( Pre painted Aluminum) , Prepainetd Alu Zinc, SS are the skin materials. The skin material has no ribs keeping in view that  the Micro/ Low ribs  are prone to Contamination. These panels are offered in Different thicknesse and in different densities as per the core material.
