Individual drive automatic dyeing jigger runs on zero tension on the fabric. both the rollers are on individual gearbox-motor and motors are on inverter drive. This jiggers does not require old brake drums, tension on the fabric can be varied and speed can also be varied.We also provide taper tension facility for proper winding of roll with respect to diameter increasing.
We provide direct and indirect temperature control with two pneumatic valves as during starting direct and indirect both valves will be on,when temperature reaches to set value then only indirect steam valve will be in operation so liquor ratio will not get changed during dyeing of fabric.
Auto operation is with battery backup so machine auto operation does not effect even several power failure occurs.
