50E PET Advanced Optical Transparent Coating

Jxhm50e is a pet advanced optical transparent coating with two-component. It mainly is apply to make the connection material of the diffusion film. The coating that adds diffusion power will form a diffusion film coating. It is especially suitable for making the diffusion film for mobile phone, which is not easy to shrink, curl, excellent softness and elasticity.
Collocation method in order
main agent ( 10 parts ) + diluent (5 parts ~7 parts ) + diffusion powder(appropriate) and stir completely+ curing agent (1.0 parts ~ 2.0 parts) and stir completely again.
cautions:
1. The formulated coating should be used up within 10 hours after it is ready-made. If continuing to use the remain, first mix the remain and the new formulated coating together, and then the mixed coating should not exceed 10 hours. (if exceed, solidification is likely to come out)
2. Using machine coating, 4 levels of increasing temperatures should be: first stage:60~65℃; second stage:70~75℃; third stage:80~90℃; fourth stage:100~130℃.
3. Reverse rolling after coating is finished, so that the residual solvent sufficiently volatilizes. Coating speed should be set up according to the coated object sufficiently dries off. (coating speed as reference is 13-15mmin if length of drying tunnel is 10~15m).
4. Hardening time: after 24 hours at room temperature, then place it into in the solidification room at 45℃~50℃ for 72 hours.
5. Can’t be mix with other coatings.
6.to avoid turbidity, please clean up other types of coating, include equipped with plastic tank, plastic buckets and all tools before using the coating.
