Contact Supplier70% soy protein concentrate (food grade) is a gmo-free soy protein concentrate for food industry. It is made from defatted soy flake through extract method. It can contains about 70% protein in dry basis.
Applications:
widely used as functional or nutritional ingredient in a wide variety of food products, especially in baked foods, breakfast cereal, baby nutritional foods and some meat products to keep the nutritional value and enhance protein level.
It is also can be used as raw materials to produce textured soy protein and functional soy protein concentrate.
