Capsule loading machines are used for loading empty hard gelatin capsules into the loading trays of capsule filling machine.

It takes normally 5 minutes to load empty capsule in 300 holes loading plate manually. This machine cuts down the time in only 30 second. It supplied filled loading plates for 2-3 capsule filling machine.
The machine is manufactured to suit capsule size combination 00/0/1/2/3/4 /5/000.

the machine gets stopped automatically after loading is complete.
No setting system for any change parts.
Machine comes in two GMP stainless steel models SS304 & SS316.
Working:
Loader’s hopper is filled with Empty capsules. And the loading tray is placed over guide tray of the machine.
Once the magazine of machine is fully filled with capsules, filling of loading tray is started by operator.
Machine starts dispensing the capsules from magazine columns , these capsules are then aligned by rectifier block and then filled in loading tray in desired position.
As soon as the loading tray is fully filled with empty capsules, machine stop automatically.
Whole process takes hardly 30 seconds time, this loading tray then can be used in the manual capsule filling machine.
