The SG780 batch controller combines advanced batching control technology with the powerful features of the SG780A terminal. Engineered for the Food, Specialty Chemical, Plastics, Glass and Aggregates batching and formulation market, the SG780A batch works as a stand-alone terminal for single scale, multi scale, or flow meter applications. In even more demanding applications, SG780A batch can use advanced predictive adaptive control algorithms for superb accuracy and throughput.

Multi-Scale Flexibility in Harsh Environments
The SG780 is the go to terminal for connecting multiple scales in a Hazardous Area classified as Zone 2/22 or Division 2. A maximum of four scales can be connected. Supporting connection of analog and precision scale types provides flexibility in managing weighing processes in tough environments. Due to its non-incendive approval the SG780A is capable of connecting directly to power, PC, ERP, PLC and printers in the Non-hazardous Area without the need for barriers by using wiring methods allowed for Zone 2/22 or Division 2.
