The L83AL103 Series is single-line lubrication system, consists of plunger pump, single-line distributor, cycling indicator and monitor, using high-viscosity NLGI-3# grease in alpine and frozen regions.
Applications
Wind turbine, port machinery, mining machinery, agricultural machinery, hoisting machinery,construction machinery, beverage equipment, etc.
Working Principles
The LCD monitor controls the plunger pump for periodic running. When the system works, the monitor drives the grease pump for outputing grease. After entering the grease tube, the high-pressure grease is supplied to each greasing points successively through the grease distributor . If the machinery equipment being lubricated is equipped with the air source, this ALP83103 greae pump series can leave out its own air pump and air holder.
