Offset printing is the best for large quantity and economical rate and high quality printing. Print quality sharper even smallest text, image and graphics, can be print easily. Stuff should be flexible as it is rotate in side machine from one on one plate to 4th plate, colour accuracy maximum, printing stuff. Only flatbed and flexible stuff from 50 gsm-400 gsm can be print easily, printing speed is very high you can get print upto 10 thousand in an hour. In this process data (text, graphics and image) transferred on 4 separate CTP plate (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) and special color as gold, silver (pantone) ink as separate CTP plate, thereafter transferred from CTP plate onto rubber blanket, when paper pass between blanket and impression pressure roller then rubber blanket leave impression on paper and print finally comes out very high quality.
