Isododecane is a highly branched synthetic hydrocarbon product. It has a high degree of isomerization and extremely low impurity content; it has a narrow entrapment process, hardly contains aromatic hydrocarbons and sulfur, and is harmless to the human body and easy to biodegrade. This, coupled with the relative inertness of the saturated isoparaffinic structure, minimizes or eliminates harmful reactions in industrial processes and consumer applications.
