A & B Process Systems. stainless steel, CIP system with rates per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with (3) Sani-Fab 32" OD x 56" straight wall, 275 gallon stainless steel single wall tanks (1) for caustic, (1) for acid and (1) for rinse all have flat tops with man ways and flip up covers, top return ports and top mounted agitation. Slant side bottoms with end bottom discharges and 9" ID x 60" long single tube scrape surface heat exchanger. System has all stainless steel piping and sanitary couplings, with flow rate and pressure control valves. Control Panel with AB plc, AB touch pad controls with panel view, e-stop and status light. Mounted on (8) leg stainless steel base frame.
