Our ABAL Centurion 100 case sealer is our low cost leader for your case sealing needs. The ABAL is one of our pieces of Case Sealers that comes in a complete package, which includes casters, a roller bed pack table and top squeezers for one low price. The compact size of the ABAL and its wide box sealing range (capable of sealing a box down to 3.75 inches) make this unit standout among our other Uniform Case Sealers.
These types of sealers are great for sealing large runs of uniform cases or those that require infrequent case size changes. Sizing changes can be made easily for a different batch run in a matter of seconds, should the need arise.
The Centurion 100 case sealer applies strips of 2 inch x 1500 yd Packing Tape (a Machine Box Sealing Tape) to both the bottom and top center seam of the case simultaneously. As the case passes through the machine, rubber rollers wipe down the tape top and bottom. The securely sealed case is automatically discharged and ready to be stacked.
