ABS Solvent Cement

ABS Solvent Cement is a fast setting solvent. ABS Solvent Cement is for low & high temperature requirements. ABS Solvent Cement, which we offer, can withstand temperatures upto 15^oC TO 90^oC. The ABS Solvent Cement is widely used for drain, waste and ventilating systems. ABS Solvent Cement, which is milky clear/ blue in color, is recommended for solvent wielding non-pressure ABS pipes & fitting up to 6" diameter used for sewer drain waste & vent system sever applications air craft, TV, radio, washing machine, telephone body and motor cycle.
Directions For Use

• Do not apply excess of ABS Solvent Cement over components as it may soften the substrate.
• Leave the joint for 10-12 minutes for perfect bonding.

• Viscosity : minimum 500 cps @ 73^o F -+ 2
  
• Setup time :
  • 30^o F – 50^o F 6-7 minutes
  • 50^o F – 70^o F 5-6 minutes
  • 70^o F – 90^o F 2-3 minutes
• Shelf life : 1 year from manufacturing date
