Ltd, made from accucel solid pvc foam profiles with integral skin manufactured at a state of the art factory using breakthrough technology from italy to suit indian condition. accucel wardrobe frame is fabricated form accucel solid pvc foam profile fp 4520 or fp 6030 depending upon design requirement and customer preference. Wardrobe shutters can be made to fit internal gap or covering the frame as per the design. accucel wardrobe shutters are fabricated from accucel rigid pvc foam profile fp 7114 & fp 6028 main frame element and fp 1210 & fp 1515 beading element to fix infill mirror panel 4mm thickness, 3mm high pressure laminate sheetorfixed/open iouvered and diamond profile infill panel. Conventional ss hinges / self closing auto closer spring hinges can be used to fix wardrobe shutters to the wardrobe frame. Normal hardware / fittings like handle, stopper, magnets, lock can be fixed in a similar way to wood working. Decorative mouldings are used to upgrade elegance. Wood like printed veneer designs and pu coated finishes are offered as premia range. accucel is as elegant as any premium wood in appearance. fabrication guideline accucel cds – 01 (fp – 7114 accucel profile dp 7114 is cut in required length to make vertical & horizontal stile and miter cut joint made using solvent-based pvc adhesive & fevikwik to prepare 2 shutter frames. join the mirror image of shutter frame using fevikwik and solvent based pvc adhesive, as well as 63 x 8 csk type sheet metal screws at four corners from top & bottom. fix infill panel of 3mm thick hpl sheet with 19 x 4 x 4 csk screws to the profile frame. additional bonding strength is provided by using silicone sealant or fevicol sp 5 epoxy sealant. Fix the decorative corner moulding fp 3515 to impart elegant look. normally three hinges (75 x 75 x 25) are used to fixed wardrobe shutter after making rebate using 19 x 4 sheet metal csk screws similar to wood working. Conventional aluminum/brass hardware / fitting like handle, stopper, and lock can be fixed in a similar way to woodworking. accucel cds – 02 (fp – 6028) accucel fp 6028 should be cut to make vertical stile & horizontal stile as per size of the wardrobe shutter required & joined with solvent-based pvc adhesives as well as 75 x 8 csk sheet metal screws at four corner joints. fix the infill panel of 3mm thick hpl sheet with beading fp 1210 to fp 6028. fill up the screws head hole in fp 6028 with paste of solvent-based adhesive of same color or screw cap. sizes available
