Bast’s soft-curtain quick stacking door has high reliability, practicability, easy operation and low maintenance expense; bast offers the all-around after-service for one year after installation. The door’s control system adopts the proprietary micro-computerized controller, the visualized man-machine interface and the imported shaft limit switch to guarantee the trouble-free operation over 100,000 times every year; its terminal end buffer technology adopts the advanced IMP module to smoothen door operation, which relieves the impact of the high-speed motion inertia on the mechanical parts of the door . The door curtain structure is equipped with a 500mm aluminum alloy wind-resistance bar; its replaceable assembly design allows to withstand the force 10 wind, and its design area can reach 6,500 x 9,000. Additionally the high-speed opening/closing feature and automatic inductive opening/closing can prevent the entrance and exit of the large-sized factory from dirt and inserts, and improve the incoming and outgoing traffic maximally under the condition of limiting the cross ventilation of air inside and outside the limited factory area.
