it is used for the delivery of acid(alkali) with the temperature no more than 45c and the density is below 40c(except nitric acid)
2.character
the rubber layer has good performance of acid(alkali) erosion.the burst pressure is at least fourfold than the working pressure .
3.the i.d,o.d,w.p and b.p of abrasive acid alkali rubber hose is able to produce as per the customers' requirements.the maximum i.d is up to 500mm,the maximum length is up to 100meters.
4.our factory also produces armored rubber hose according to client requirement.
the performance of suction hose :
1 it shows good capacity on bearing both positive and negative pressure.
2the hose body has favorable bending properties and can work well under the vacuum of 60-80kpa with no flattening due to pumping and delamination but firm hose body.
3 the inner rubber lining of the hoses can serve different media and the rubber cover is weather-resistant, anti-aging and wear-proof.
