This organization was promoted by a Post Graduate Engineer having 34 years experience in various engineering fields/ projects and with association of group of experienced Mechanical , Electrical , Marine Engineers who are experienced in their fields.
As Indian Industry opened up to Globallly, almost all types of fuel prices HFO/HSD/PETROL/LPG/NG/LNG increased drastically in the recent times. Some of the industries who are using NG for CPP during the last decade, not only facing shortage of Gaseous fuels but also pinching the increase in prices. They slowly switching to EB power. It is in the news that, even the EB’s are also going to increase their Power tariff’s. All these factors contributed for the industry for searching for alternative source of energies.
We come across one such energy ie., BIO MASS – ( available from agricultural sector crops like paddy, wheat,Cotton, Sugarcane ,Ground nut etc., ) which is going to play an important role in the energy mix of the future.
The principle of a CHP system based on Producer Gas is simple and ingenious: Producer Gas is generated in the Gasifier, where Gas is produced by Thermo Chemical Reaction and passes thru cleaning system for separation of impurities. It is then used to power cogeneration systems resulting in heat and power that is both economical and saves resources.
The power can be used for local supply but can also be fed into the public grid. During the power generation process, heat is generated as a byproduct and this can also be used for thermal applications.
