Acoustical Doors & Frames

Doors are designed to control sound as complete unit (doors, frame & sound control gasketing).Full-Flush Doors an interlocked, hairline seams on vertical edges and have no visible seams on faces .Doors specified “seamless” have no visible seams on faces or vertical edges. Face sheets are totally supported by a special core is used to obtain high STC rating 35 t50 depending on the project requirements. Acoustical Doors & Frames are supplied with sound control gasketing as it is part of the assembly as shown in the drawing, the top and bottom of the door edges closed by 1.5mm steel channel welded in place. the top and bottom edge channels are flush.
