1 introduction
lp-90 is a new ultra high molecular weight acrylic processing aid for foaming pvc and wpc products. Its give the following performance properties- improved cell structure and surface properties and endow with optimization of product density.
2 performance
1) lp-90 improve processing window and enhance impact through faster fusion control for rigid pvc applications. Melt elasticity, melt strength and sizing can be improved through the use of lp-90.
2) its high foaming efficiency enables converters to meet the most demanding requirements in foam core pipes and foam profile formulations using lower addition levels.
3 application
lp-90 is widely used in pvc foams and wpc products.
addition levels for foamed products is 6-8 phr ( pvc 100 phr ).
