Active Dry Yeast

Usage :
Dissolve dry yeast in warm water (105o – 1150 F's) tested of inside of wrist water this temperature feels warm but not hot. (1) Measure warm water in to bowl a using amount in recipe at least ¼ cup. (2) Sprinkle in yeast, stir until dissolved. (3) Use dissolved yeast as directed in a recipe.
Note : If recipe liquid is other than water substitute ¼ cup water for ¼ cup other liquid and dissolve as above. It uses also for bread, Pizza & Pow etc.
