AUTOMATIC VOLUMETRIC LIQUID BOTTLES FILLING MACHINE

The automatic volumetric liquid bottles filling machine is specially manufactured from high grade raw material. The stainless steel, matt finish body, S.S. slat conveyor, reciprocating nozzle with self- centering devices and S.S. syringe. The conveyor drive and the main drive of the machine consist of A/C motor with synchronized variable A/C frequency drive. The machine is working on the volumetric principle.

HOW TO OPERATE :

The S.S. slat conveyor is used to move the containers. The twin pneumatically operated stopper system is used to fill the bottles. The reciprocating nozzles can precisely match for the centering of container bellow nozzles. This adjustment helps to avoid the spilage of liquid on container. During filling, the nozzle goes upwards slowly from bottom to neck to minimize the foaming. The nozzle can adjust according to the filling dose. The fill size can be set through the hexagonal bolt fitted below syringes.
