Adcetris Injection

Adcetris 50mg Injection is an anticancer medication that contains Brentuximab vedotin, a type of CD30-directed monoclonal antibody–drug conjugate (ADC). It is primarily used to treat classical Hodgkin lymphoma, systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma (sALCL), and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL). It may be used as a first-line treatment or when other treatments have not been effective.

Adcetris targets a protein called CD30 on cancer cells and delivers a chemotherapy agent (monomethyl auristatin E) directly into them. This targeted approach helps destroy cancer cells while minimising damage to healthy cells.

This medicine is given intravenously by a doctor or nurse in a hospital setting. Do not self-administer. The dosage and treatment duration are determined by your doctor based on your condition, body weight, and response to therapy.
