Semi-automatic, stainless steel, horizontal, intermittent motion, hot glue cartoner rated up to 60 cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Carton size range: 2" to 8" in Length; 34" to 4-12" in Width; 5" to 10" in Depth. Equipped with 4 chains adjustable, set on 12" centers with 4" wide x 3" high lugs, blank carton magazine, reciprocating suction cup pic-n-place, 96" long with two 4-12" wide delren chain in feed conveyors, 36" long hand load area, hot glue wheel applicators, major and minor flap closers, self contained vacuum system, foot pedal, and e-stop. Mounted on casters.
