With this modular and customizable series of pressure calibration controllers, a nitrogen bottle is no longer a requirement, even for calibration pressures up to 3000 psi. Optional electric pump and gas booster (both ordered separately) make this calibration system more portable than systems using compressed gas cylinders as the pressure source. Use the electric pump to reach 1000 psi, then add the booster to increase to 3000 psi (3000 psi base required). With portability in mind, carrying cases are available for the controller, the electric pump, and the booster (order separately).
Large touch-screen display with icon-based interface is easy to use. Intelligent silicone pressure sensors are available in a variety of ranges, and each one is temperature compensated after assembly at 32 to 122°F (0 to 50°C). Each calibration controller accommodates one external sensor (included) and one internal sensor (not included, call for details) in addition to the built-in barometer. This desktop calibration controller is 3U rack-mountable with the optional kit (order separately).
