The automatic vertical sticker labeling machine ASAL-150 is very versatile and user friendly machine. It is mainly used for the labeling up to 150 containers per minutes depending upon the label size and the products. The machine is used for the round containers to label full or partial. No change parts are required due to the roller spacing device of the fully automatic model.  

HOW THE MACHINE IS OPERETED :

The roller spacing device is used to arrange the containers in such a position, that between two containers the accurate spacing is kept. An electronic product sensor senses the containers and releases a label from the self adhesive roll at the labeling point. If there is necessity of printing the batch no. and other mater to the label, the batch printing machine is used. The sensed container moves forward through a rubber pressing belt and stationary rubber pad. The output container is neat and perfect with label.
