Admix SB Latex Acrylic Based Polymer Bonding Agent

Uses:

• ADMIX SB LATEX is a multi purpose additive and can be used with concrete and mortar for several benefits like excellent bonding, waterproofing characteristics, flexibility, workability, cohesiveness, early and ultimate strength gaining and for increasing durability.For Concrete Repairs:For repairs of damaged concrete areas like floors, beams, slabs or any other area, addition of ADMIX SB LATEX will provide excellent bonding, early and ultimate strength gain, abrasion and impact resistance, very good flexibility and workability.
• ADMIX SB LATEX is recommended to be added in the concrete meant for water tanks, swimming pools, effluent tanks, lift pits, basement concrete etc., to get additional toughness and bonding characteristics required for water retaining structures. ADMIX SB LATEX can also be used for bonding old concrete to new concrete as it is economical than epoxy based bonding agent.
• Adhesion to concrete – shear bond (BS 6319 part 4, 1984) – Control: 5N/mm² and with ADMIX SB LATEX 20N/mm² approximately.
• ADMIX SB LATEX is strongly recommended for pressure grouting, to be added with cement at 5 lt per 50 kg cement for filling honeycombs effectively.
