high range water-reducing pce based concrete admixture
description:
elcrete hsp is a high effective liquid super plasticizer
for the production of free flowing concrete or as a
substantial water-reducing agent for promoting high
ultimate and early strengths. Bleeding and
segregation tendencies of concrete are strikingly
reduced.
It is also useful for modifying and improving several
properties of fresh or hardened concrete.
Uses:
elcrete hsp is used as super plasticiser in the
production of free flowing concrete for:
 all precast and rmc concrete.
 slabs and foundation.
 walls, column and piers.
 textured surface finishes
 high strength concretes
 high durability concretes (low wc ratio)
 high strength and durability precast & readymix
products.
Advantages:
 it reduces the water cement ratio
considerably while maintaining the
workability.
 increased place ability in slender
components with packed reinforcements.
 decreases the amount of vibration.
 suitable for use in conjunction with standard
plasticizers and retarders (synergized mixes)
 significantly reduces the risk of segregation
 high early strengths for precast or early
stripping
insturctions fir use:
 calculate the gauging water, by 25% volume
reduction depending on dosage.
 elcrete hsp is water soluble and is to be
added to the gauging water i.e. Water to be
mixed in the concrete mortar.
 add 100 ml to 250 ml per 50 kg bag of
cement depending upon requirements of
slump or workability of concrete.
 it is desirable to have trial mixes to assess
the actual effect of the ingredients under
field conditions.
