working principle of rotary screen
the motor, which drive the drum rotate around the axis shaft line, connect the reduction gears with the rotary drum by shaft coupling. At the beginning, the materials flow into the rotary drum rotating together with the slant screen, and then the qualified ones (undersize materials) will be discharged through the screen mesh, and the unqualified materials (oversize materials) will be discharged from the end of the rotary drum. The materials stuck in screen pores can be ejected out to protect the machine from being blocked.
