    Special Features :

    • Auto Advance Warp Table :
      • Crossing and warping combs are placed in a way that the thread run from the creel to the drum is as straight as possible, without unnecessary elbows not angles.
      • The warping comb can be placed very near to the drum, which causes a very exact conduction of the section width. When thickness of rolled yarn increases on the drum, the comb back up automatically and simultaneously with the advance and according to the inclination angle of the cone, so that the distance between comb and drum is kept constant from the beginning to the end of the section. When the section is over, machine moves automatically and places itself in the home position for beginning following section, according to previously chosen length & with an accuracy of 1/10 millimeter. The warping comb goes forward to initial position.
    • Touch Screen Display : All indication pilots placed in display box and in a semaphore visible from anywhere indicate the reason of drum stop: Thread breaking end or meters of length or any type failure notice like software, hardware and electrical.
    • Disc Brakes : A hydraulic disc brake of special conception which absorbs the possible irregularities of brake drum makes, at the same time, quick & exact braking of warping drum & the obtaining of a regular tensionof the warping during the beaming.
    • Beam Tension : Special designe develop by 'Bobbiler' to produce perfect weaver beam to get optimum efficiency for automatic looms. Boths pressure relief valve are separate for warping and beaming to get require beam tension control increase and decrease by manually of the yarn sheet during beaming.
    • Leasing Device :
      • With this device Yarn layers do not accumulate any where, but they pass through the crossing comb & the guide thread comb, in open state, directly to the drum. So the tangle of threads among themselves is avoided. The crossover for the placing of crossing cords is very wide and permits the worker to introduce them comfortably & without any auxiliary means.
      • The crossover formation is done by vertical movement of the crossing comb.
    • Beaming Device :
      • This assembly is of very strong construction & suitable for the beaming of very heavy warpings.
      • The starting is carried out by a drive placed in both supports of the beam. Both beam supports can move easily separately or coupled, which allows an exact alignment of the beam on the warping.
      • Beaming speed without graduation until 100 mtr/min.
