insulation: Conductor Insulation are Solid Hdpe / Foam Skin / Cellular Insulation as per Astm D 1248 and Bs 6234.
cable Core: Two Insulated Conductors are Twisted Together to Form a Pair with Uniform Specific Lay Length . Cable is Assembled By Stranding of 10 Pairs / 20 Pairs or 25 Pairs Basic Subunit.
core Wrapping: a Non Hygroscopic and Dielectric Polyester Film is Applied Helically Over the Cable Core.
moisture Barrier/screen: An Aluminum Foil Coated with Co-polymer On Both Sides or One Side is Applied Longitudinally Over the Cable Core.
suspension Strand: 7 Wire Suspension Strand is Made Integral Part of the Cable and a Common Sheath is Provided Over Cable Core and Suspension Strand.
sheath: Black Polyethylene Sheath is Extruded Over the Screen.
