AF-760 HDPE Pipes Hot Embossing Marking Machine supports 4 digits sequential marking with the help of mechanical counter situated on marking head. It has excellent marking accuracy from 2.5mm to 9.5mm at every one meter. Apart from sequential marking, marking for company's logo, name, cable size, technical specification, etc can also be marked/printed upto maximum length of 400mm on either side of sequential marking. These marking is carried out by the sterios (Stamp) placed on the marking head.
With the help of Electronic Percentage differential circuit provided inside the Heat Controller, marking head is heated upto the desired temperature. Maximum available height of character for marking is 2.5mm to 9.5mm and counters upto 4mm. It counts total meters of cable passes through it with the help of digital monitor, which gives current position. It uses double pay up systems which helps in easy Ribbon (Tape) changing.
