Agate Coaster

The semi-precious agate stone is used as a kitchen tray, coaster or a table mat. The town of Khambhat in Gujarat is the chief production center for agate stoneware with its local artisans specializing in stone cutting, shaping, polishing, drilling and finishing of the final product. In fact, agate from Khambhat is geographically identified to be authentic to be sourced from this location by the World Trade Organisation.
