AGRO-CHEMICAL MIXER

Sigma Mixers are best suited for Mixing, Kneading of Highly Viscous Mass, Doughs, Sticky Products in Chemical, Agro, Dyes & Pigments, Rubber, Plastic and other Allied Industry.   Based on application, blade (we offer these mixers with Sigma, Masticator, Naben, Spiral shaped blades) type is selected, offered.  The blades are either positioned tangentially or with overlap concept.
The Mixer exhibited is our Model SM-750 with Working Capacity of 750 Liter, Gross Capacity of 1150 Liter.  Considering application, mixer is powered through 60 HP drive with VFD compliant Electrical Panel.  The drive comprises of Heli Bevel Gear Unit, Flexible Couplings and pair of Heavy Duty Spur Gears.  The designed operational speed for the front blade is 28 RPM and that for rear blade is 18 RPM.   The mixer is manufactured with contact parts confirming to ASTM SA 240 Type 304, CF8 material.  The special features provided are Ammonia Purge System from the bottom, 2 station hydraulic power unit one each for container tilt and cover tilt.  Rubber seals for leak prevention through container top is provided.
The mixer is dispatched in complete assembled condition and is supplied to an Agro Product Processing Unit in Gujarat.   Mixer erection & commissioning is completed in record time of 4 days of dispatch.
