Amongst our 4 cold storages, we have a dedicated cold storage in dehgam, gujarat, india, installed with tolsma machinery specifically to store lady rosetta and avoid increasing of reducing sugars in potatoes. This is one of it's kind in western india. I am attaching some images of the machinery and the storage for your reference. The lady rosetta potatoes stored in this advanced cold storage have proven record as we have tested reducing sugar and total solids amongst their samples which are well within the reach of your specifications.
