Agrowaste Fired External Furnace Boiler

Agrowaste is a multiple solid fuel firing boiler in shell & tube design. The external refractory lined furnace (in customer’s scope) can burn variety of solid fuels like rice husk, bagasse, coal, wood, groundnut shells, saw-dust etc. thereby giving flexibility and ease of operation. The system operates on balanced draft and the flue gases from the furnace travel through the smoke tubes in the shell & tube type boiler, thereby producing steam at low cost.

A heat recovery unit in the form of an Air or Water pre-heater may be provided to enhance the efficiency of the systems by recovering waste heat from flue gases going out of the boiler.
