Drop pressure improve efficiency and performance
(1)in nominal working pressure, when initial pressure during 0.7mpa-1.0mpa, oil seperator's initial pressure difference can be controled between 0.15bar-0.25bar.
（2）compressed air oil content can be controled between 3-6ppm.
（3）compressed air oil mist grain can be controled 0.1μm below.
filter material selection and production process
（1）the filter element select superfine glass fiber from usa hv and lydall corporation.
（2）fine welding , spot welding and the newest research and devlopment double component adhesive ensure that oil seperator have higher mechanical strength and can work under 120°c high temperature .
（3）fog shape oil-air mixture of compressed air can be filtered completely.
service life
（1）the service life is about 3500h-5200h ,
（2）the life length is decided by factors:oil seperator tank's design,routine maintenance, environment cleanliness, quality of oil, operating temperature and quality of oil seperator.
here are some notes :
（1）according to performance of air compressor and oil separator tank's size choose oil seperator filter element;
（2）oil seperator tank should set position of oil , which setting 1/2-2/3 position at looking glass;
（3）secondary return pipe and holding valve should be kept open and the exhaust pressure should be adjusted to the specified data;
（4）insure operating temperature and pressure maintenance valve of air compressor working normally, under specified data.
（5）the oil seperator is suitable for all type ordinary oil, mineral oil, synthetic oil and half synthetic
