Air Cooled Heat Exchangers

The air cooled heat exchangers manufactured by us are for various services – steam, gas petrochemicals, crude oil, hydrogen, sulfer, water, air etc.
The air fin coolers made by us can be categorized as air coolers, gas coolers, high pressure air coolers, oil coolers, condensers, after coolers, water coolers, forced draft coolers, coal bed methane compressor coolers, plug air fin coolers, stainless steel air fin coolers, compressor gas coolers and radiators.
We make air fin cooler for various industry applications such as gas compressors, cng compressors, refineries, gas pipelines, petrochemical plants, and power plants. These air fin coolers are primarily made as per api 661 standards. The heat transfer designs for these air fin coolers are derived using the htri & xace coolers. The coolers are designed as per asme sec viii.
Typically, these air fin coolers consist of tube bundles, plug type header boxes, plenum chambers, axial flow fans, and drive mechanism for fans.
The material of construction is normally carbon steel or stainless steel. The tube bundles are made up of aluminium finned tubes.
These process coolers are manufactured in our ambernath plant near mumbai and the plant is certified for asme “u” and “r” stamp. Enginemates manufactures different type of air fin coolers primarily with plug type header boxes or “d” type header boxes. The air fin coolers are made up of “g” and “l” type aluminium finned tubes.
