Air Dryer

SMC offers Refrigerated Air Dryers, Membrane Air Dryers and Desiccant Air Dryers for use in a variety of applications ranging from point-of-use to mainline air moisture removal.

Heatless Air Dryer: ID
When ever dry air with a low dew point is required our Heatless Air Dryer (desiccant air dryer) ID series is the best for the purposes. It supplies dry air with a low dew point below 30°C. Air dryer series ID is compact and lightweight without heater and electric control board and offers progress analysis of the outlet dew point with the indicator. (Self-regenerative style allows for easy maintenance.)

Membrane Air Dryer: IDG
Membrane air dryer series IDG is available in a single unit or combination unit style. IDG/M models combine a mist separator and micro mist separator with a single unit. IDG/V models combine a regulator with the IDG/M model. There are many options available including One-touch fitting exhaust of purge air. If purged air is not exhausted around membrane air dryer, air is exhausted from the tubing away from its dryer.

Refrigerated Air Dryer: IDF
IDF refrigerated air dryer series, in compliance with the Montreal Protocol Regulations, uses refrigerants R134a and R407C to prevent any damage to the earth's ozone layer. (Medium size series use R22). Series IDF can accommodate an inlet temperature of 40°C. This system is very efficiency as it uses a high performance heat exchanger.

Refrigerated Air Dryer
Refrigerated air dryer series IDU, in compliance with the Montreal Protocol Regulations, uses refrigerants R134a and R407C to prevent any damage to the earth's ozone layer. (Medium size series use R22). Series IDU provides a stable supply of dry air even under high demand conditions with an inlet air temperature of 60°C.
