Air Filter

Air Filter is one of the most vital parts of any vehicle. It is what allows the vehicle to “breathe”. An engine need adequate mixture of fuel and air in order to run and the fresh air in order to run and the fresh air enters the engine through air filter. Air Filter catches the dirt and other foreign particles thus provide protection to engine. Clean air filter is very much essential for vehicle performance. Air filter should be changed regularly or the vehicle’s mileage will get affected adversely.

A dirty air filter may cause interruption in emission control system which regulates the vehicle’s air-fuel mixture.
